Red Wine Vinegar Della Casa

Available for pickup after 11am on the date selected.

Our house red wine vinegar hails from France, where it's matured in oak barrels for two months. The fruity and acidic flavour adds an assertive bite to salads, dressings, sauces, and marinades, best paired with heartier dishes of beef, pork, and vegetables.

After draining your bottle, bring it in to La Tana for a refill.

Cook your fresh or freshly frozen pasta in just a few simple steps.
First, simply bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over medium to high heat. Be sure to add a generous amount of salt as this will help to season the pasta and add flavour.

Once the water has reached a rolling boil, gently drop the fresh pasta into the pot.

Gently stir the pasta right away to ensure it doesn’t stick together.

Your cooking time will depend on the thickness of your pasta but in general it will take between 2 and 4 minutes to cook all the way through. When the pasta is done, remove it from the boiling water and serve with your favourite sauce.
