White Wine Vinegar Della Casa

Available for pickup after 11am on the date selected.

The La Tana white wine vinegar is matured in oak barrels in France for two months before making the journey to Vancouver to drizzle your dishes. Just a dollop adds a light, fruity brightness to your dishes—think chicken and fish—and is ideal for to pickle or brine.

After draining your bottle, bring it in to La Tana for a refill.

Cook your fresh or freshly frozen pasta in just a few simple steps.
First, simply bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over medium to high heat. Be sure to add a generous amount of salt as this will help to season the pasta and add flavour.

Once the water has reached a rolling boil, gently drop the fresh pasta into the pot.

Gently stir the pasta right away to ensure it doesn’t stick together.

Your cooking time will depend on the thickness of your pasta but in general it will take between 2 and 4 minutes to cook all the way through. When the pasta is done, remove it from the boiling water and serve with your favourite sauce.
