Made fresh daily at La Tana then frozen to preserve freshness, light and pillowy in texture with a mild, delicate flavour. They happen to pair beautifully with our new house-made butters: Anchovy & Parsley, Smoked Tomato, or Porcini & Rosemary.
To cook: Bring 3 ml of lightly salted water to a boil. Carefully add gnocchi to the water, bring back to a boil, then turn down to a simmer. Once the gnocchi float, cook for 2 more minutes. Using a slotted spoon transfer gnocchi to a skillet of the warm sauce of your choice.
