Prep time: 10-15 minutes.
375 g olive oil
125 g red wine vinegar
75 g honey
10 g kosher salt
1 tin ‘Agostino Recca’ anchovies, finely chopped
350 g Zaklan Heritage Farm greens
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or sealable container.
Shake very well until mixture is thoroughly combined. Taste for seasoning and adjust to your liking.
Add desired amount of dressing to salad and toss gently. Consume as soon as possible before lettuce wilts.
