Viola Tradizione Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil


A medium fruity oil pressed from locally grown Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino olives grown in the S. Eraclio di Foligno area of Umbria. With aromas of herbs and artichoke, and notes of thistle, mint and black pepper; for use as a finishing oil drizzled on roasted & grilled vegetables, fish, red meat, aged cheese, pasta, soups & stews.
