From the Italian tagliare meaning 'to cut', a long, hand cut flat noodle from the Emilia-Romagna region.

Serving Suggestion: Sold in 100 g bundles, we suggest 1-2 bundles per person. Serve with one of our fresh, house made sauces; chef recommends Rosa or Alfredo.
Ingredients: All purpose "00" flour, egg, egg yolk and spinach.

Place order through website and select pick up date at check-out.
Store hours are 11am-late Monday through Friday, and 10am-late Saturday & Sunday, with first pick up at 11am daily. You're welcome to add to your pick up order once in the shop.
