Nelson the Seagull Sourdough Bread


Fermented for over 24 hours and made with three simple ingredients, this dough produces a bouncy, creamy and complex loaf which is then baked to ensure a crunchy blistered crust with a nutty, slightly sour aroma. 

Choice of freshly baked or par-baked and frozen, to be stored in the freezer and finished in the oven at home.

Ingredients: filtered water, unbleached and enriched Canadian red spring wheat flour, organic whole grain red fife wheat flour, house sourdough starter (whole grain flour, filtered water), salt.

Place order through website and select pick up date at check-out.

Store hours are 10am to 5pm Tuesday through Saturday, and 10am to 4pm Sunday and Monday, with first pick up at 11am daily. You're welcome to add to your pick up order once in the shop. 

If you prefer contactless curbside pick up, call 604-428-5462 when you arrive and your order will be brought out. Please have your order number ready.
