Agnolotti (Meat) – Frozen

With origins in Italy's Piedmont region, our agnolotti are plump bites of house-made dough folded over a filling of beef, pork, and veal.

Suggested Preparation A little olive oil or over a bed of pomodoro, freshly grated cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper is all you need.

Ingredients Filling: Beef, pork, veal, seasonings, Grana Padano cheese. (Contains garlic and onions.) Pasta: Anita's Organic all purpose flour, Maple Hill Farms free-range eggs, kosher salt, olive oil. 

Cook your fresh or freshly frozen pasta in just a few simple steps.
First, simply bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over medium to high heat. Be sure to add a generous amount of salt as this will help to season the pasta and add flavour. 

Once the water has reached a rolling boil, gently drop the fresh pasta into the pot.

Gently stir the pasta right away to ensure it doesn’t stick together.

Your cooking time will depend on the thickness of your pasta but in general it will take between 2 and 4 minutes to cook all the way through. When the pasta is done, remove it from the boiling water and serve with your favourite sauce.
